  • my lease always warned to leave the faucets dripping during freezing spells...

  • @mitchandmelissabanks My leases' have never said it, bu our landlords have TOLD us in person to keep them dripping. If she's a first time renter and didn't know how things work, I can understand something like this happening.

  • LoL..."The boys from downstairs called me up and told me 'We have no water at all'. So I say, 'You have no water at all?' They said 'There's no water at all."

...So I take it there was NO WATER.

  • @pimptastic13 At all.

  • why are all landlords evil looking people?

  • @BLeSSeDoGkUSH420 Because they are. One notch up form used car salesmen, lawyers and child molesters.

  • @BLeSSeDoGkUSH420 I use to think that too. Most cases it is 100% true. After all a landlord is a person that has good credit and could get a mortgage. Then they mostly tend to levererage that property to buy more. Bottom like is tenants pay it all for them. BUT there are good landlords out there. After a few years I found one. There are good tentants out there and bad ones .. same for landlords. By the way ... I'm not one .. yet lol

  • @BLeSSeDoGkUSH420 because they're under a lot of stress?

  • @arooni2 oh yeahhhh

  • uh oh hottie alert

  • Daym, who's the hottie over the plaintiff's left shoulder?!

  • Do people not let the water run slightly during very cold nights now a days? It wont freeze

  • @Chumpster1981, city people don't know about these things.

  • @Chumpster1981 I do that along as I don't have to pay for the water.

  • I love peoples court. Thanks for uploading!

  • ☺
