To panguy100 I"m glad you enjoyed your trip on the Mekong in the Vinh Long area I"d love to see it now. I rode the river in that area in 1968 between Dong Tam and Vinh Long not so much fun.
I wish digital camcorders had been affordable for me back then.
The Vinh Long / Mekong region was one of my favorite places in VN. Very friendly (though everywhere I went in VN was great for meeting and talking with people) and so relaxed and beautiful.

That looks fantastic.I'll be in HCMC in Feb.2011 & I'm going to cruise the Mekong River for 6 days . I can't wait.. Great video !!
