It's neither russian nor turkish. But turkish and Kazakh are originated from old turk language, Some words and prepositions are similar and sound alike.
This is a very nice video to see! I notice that English is being used at points in the lesson - was this filmed in the States or in Kyrgyzstan? (I realize these are Kazakh lessons, but the user's page says that he/she is from Kyrgyzstan).

@flysari NO, it is Kazakh language. It is similar to turkish. There are some words that are similar and the grammatic laws are the same.

it doesn't matter where she is from. the main is that she is teaching kazakh. in fact I can find few differences between kyrgyz and kazakh languages
