Does anyone have any help with connecting the base stand that comes with it? It's giving me a headache, I've been trying half the night and nothing will snap in place.
I really need to mount this tv yet I don't think it has standard vesa mounting holes. Can anybody give me a tip on how to mount it. I just bought 4 different mounts at best buy but they are all standard vesa. Thank you!
@1983turner1 i dont have to look anything up, i have a Ps3 and my ps3 does not have that problem, dont believe everything you see on the internet. And the reasons some games are 720p is cause developers decide to make it that way instead of 1080p cause its less work for them. its the same for both 360 and S3
Yo i got a quick question please answer as soon as possible i have the same TV Vizio 22'' LCD HDTV 1080p and when i connect my hdmi to the tv and my ps3 and go to display setting it dosent let me check 1080p only 1080i when i click on 1080p it says mode not sopported?....PlEASE HELLP
can u hook up ur xbox 360 to this tv without having to buy any other cables? cuz i think certain tvs require u to buy a universal cable or sumthin in order to hook up ur xbox...im lookin for a tv that i can hook up my xbox straight to
@drewali7 Yeah, its actually 1080p. I have the same model also. Even the 19" vizio has 1080p. Vizio is the only company(from what I have experienced) has 1080p on its smallest model hdtv. This is true because I rented a 26" Sony bravia and tried to use 1080p but only had 720p. Sooooo yeah.
I have the new vizio 22" razor LCD led it's 1080p full HD it has 5ms response time 20,000:1 ratio overall it's a great tv get it from walmart model is visio m220va
@jrezo757 can u hook up ur xbox 360 to this tv without having to buy any other cables? cuz i think certain tvs require u to buy a universal cable or sumthin in order to hook up ur xbox...im lookin for a tv that i can hook up my xbox straight to
Can someone please help me? I just got this exact same TV today and for some it doesn't let my 360 or my PS3 have any audio, even though watching regular cable has audio.
If you're simply using the TV for gaming then 720 is fine because 98% of games are in 720. If you want to watch Blu-rays then go 1080. Also, anything under 32" you really won't notice the difference between 720 and 1080 unless you stack them side by side and nitpick.
is the difference between the 1080p and 720p noticeable in a 22inch TV? I want to buy one, and I found a 26inch with 720p for the same price as a 22inch with 1080p, and I was wondering if the difference is really visible or if at that size there wouldn't be much of a difference.
If u are playing games, then you would want a 1080p. But for light use like a tv for watching ur shows u will never know the difference even with hd tv.
Its mainly for games... I have a PS3 and I'll buy a 360 soon... But I've noticed that most games only support 720p (the only ones I have that support 1080p are BioShock and GTA IV, the rest - like the Uncharted's, Bayonetta, WET, Resident Evil 5 - only support up to 720p)...
I have the 720 P model and its amazing...Love the quality. At first I could see some motion lag but its not too noticeable now that I've had it for a few days. The picture is bright and crisp, and my Xbox looks simply amazing...definately recommend the 2 models of 22inchers for Vizio :)
did you guys know that your not really getting all of your 1080p resolution unless its about 42" because the other tv's are to small to support the full pontential of the tv dont get me wrong its still good and in hd but it wont be as good as the same brand tv same resolution on 42" and higher
@jeserty6 its sadly true but dont worry i play my playstation 3 an enherited enhanced defintion tv with hdmi and it still looks great but i dont know if that has to do with the fact thats its 42"? But by parents got a 1080p 52" and it looks great which gave me the oppurtunity to get a nice sized 42"
hey i got this exact tv Vizio 22' 1080p the tvs great i love it but the only problem is when i play xbox its very pixlated i changed my xbox settings to 1080p and when i play warfare 2 i notice pixles and im not happy any body pleasde help!
What's the model of you're TV? I went on Walmart's website and the only 22 inch Vizio they sell has a 60hz refresh rate not 120hz like you advertised.
question: I just bout a 40" LCD, 1280p, I connected Otto my cable box and it says 480p, and I can tell cause the quality is crappy. I play 360 and it says 480p but the quality is great.... how do I maximize my performance??
@chrisgsxr600 you can get an HDMI cord for your xbox and it will make the graphics great depending on what game you are playing and for the cale ox you will have to get hd channels
I like the TV and the lit VISIO on the TV also but come on. A remote without lights....I am thinking of taking mine back because after two nights I am unsatisfied.
nah lol im telling ya, when you get a chance play somthing thats 1080i and pause it and you will get this fog like picture. and you pause 720p and its perfect even if somthing is moving at its fastest you dont see a whole bunch of clones or wipe wash.
I recently got a 26 inch. Vizio same borders and silver sides. In 720p. So I know damn goood and well there is a 22 inch 1080p unless its brodcasting.
well no first the screen is small and its 60hz, your gonna want to get 120hz or higher for games i have a vizio 47 inch 120hz and its the best because its not as laggy as the 60hz
@drewali7 You have the earlier model that is 1080i it just looks exactly the same. I know what you mean cause my fren has the 1080i and mine is actually 1080p

I think its pretty rare to find a small hdtv that support 1080p and that the refresh rate is at 120hz.. -Just sayin'-
