I love the "Only Take The Volunteers" way! I think one reason people are opaque is because they haven't educated themselves enough. There's plenty of education out there, so that can't be an excuse! Transparency is key!
Great advice Danielle! Being transparent is so crucial! I know from personal experience how terrible it is to sign up with someone who didn't end up being anything like they said they were. It is very disappointing and has caused many people who signed up with the same person to quit before they even got started. The last thing we want is for the people we recruit to quit. Great video!
