I'm saying Stalin is the greatest leader of a state. Comrade Lenin, I believe, was the greatest Revolutionary leader. However, as the head of state, he never had a big chance to prove himself. Under his rule the USSR made improvements, but remained somewhat backwards, if you will. Comrade Stalin was the one who really built the Soviet Union:-)
There is not one greatest ever, each gave to the state what they could, and together their efforts made the CCCP stronger than it would have been with them alone.
Joseph Stalin was a great leader! He was unbelievable. Stalin was possibly the greatest leader ever. I do not believe he was purely socialist though because some of his programs were not democratic. I am glad he led the USSR though because he made it great.
