Ron Paul is clearly the best candidate from both parties.
We need to spread the word about Ron Paul. We need to get more money for his campaign. Ron Paul is not going to win win unless his supporters take action. We need to tell our neighbor, family and friends about him; tell them about his policies and values. Convince everyone you know to vote for him.
go ron paul. smart, intelligent, constitution-grounded, humble. Its been a long time since we've had those qualifications in office. Im a democrat, but how can you not like this guy.
Don't just agree that he has a chance. Forward the youtubes and articles about him. We can not let the media black him out. They do not have control of the internet. Spread the word. Turn off your TV!
Yes, many more people would be in full support of him if the media would stop blacking out coverage of him.
I saw an political analyst, Michael Cornfield, on MSNBC's Countdown report about politicians on the net, and he claimed that the top online presidential candidates are Obama, Romney, McCain and Edwards--no mention of Ron Paul, though he is clearly number 1 on the net.
It's time to elect a leader that actually respects and abides by the Constitution. These neo-cons have practically spit on it. Hannity and Bush are traitors. They have hatred for the constitution. They want to have monarchy here in the U.S. Hannity should be hung!
less taxes? try NO income tax, NO inflation tax, NO federal reserve! Among many other things taht would revolutionize this country. IF Paul actually gets nominated, he better be bulletproof because no doubt they will kill him
That's the country I would like to live in! I agree, and support that as well.
I am all for taking down our foreign policy. Too much crap happens there, and it's just grounds for the government to take advantage of for their own interests, agenda and greed.
We need to stand up to the government, and demand these things. The government should fear the people, not people fear the government.
Mking1, Paul does not want corporations controlling everything. He just wants to end corporate welfare and restrictive regulations that discourage innovation and discourage smaller businesses from expanding.
I'd rather the government be in more control then a corporate, I don't want the welfare of our economy to depend on 2% of the population who has in the past proven they don't want to help the poor.
The poor suffer enough, the government needs more socialist programs to protect the rights of the lower class.
Need to make more money? Just lobby for 3 strikes and get a life sentence for someone who steals a coke from the 7/11. Then bill the state $50,000/year for the rest of the persons life.
People who believe in big government must have went to schools where ALL books and rational thinking were banned. Correct me if i'm wrong- But wasn't Nazi Germany a GREAT conception of what "BIG Government" is capable? And no- i'm not talking about the genocide- but the actual economy in that time frame?
The reason they need any influence in politics is because those politics control them, what's needed is a spurge of corruption, not of removal of their restrictions
Yeah, the 21st century got off to a bad start--we need Ron Paul to set things straight and return the country to its original path of liberty and freedom.
As a recently declared X-Liberal...I've been watching these debates closely...and I've been looking for one thing...consistency...Ron Paul, so far, seems to be the only candidate who exhibits consistency...
I'm American (a true one) and I will be voting for Ron Paul!!! He has a grace about him that I don't see in the other candidates. The only one close to him in the grace department is John Edwards. But Ron Paul is fighting for real Americans. I pray he wins. God, I pray he wins.
I'm canadian...I wish we had Ron Paul here, I'd vote for him in a micro-second! I pray that the American pple would vote for him, they would be stupid if they don't.
Susi, I agree. In fact, Mit is my second choice (tied with Tamcredo), so I wouldn't mind seeing MIT or Tamcredo as VP. Mit flip-flops to our conservitive posisions, but that's ok, at least he will change his mind for the good, which is welcome after 6 years of a stubborn Bush who never changes his mind.
Ron Paul is awesome...he is a real economic conservative, a republican that OPPOSES the war and actually went toe to toe with the brainwashed Republicans who followed Bush.
It is difficult for me to imagine why you and foxnews are trying to slime Ron Paul. I know, and you know that your misrepresentations are totally beyond the Pale. Ron Paul is a decent, sane, rational, and honest congressperson. Perhaps you have an agenda? Perhaps you prefer the republican company of Delay, Farewell, and Ted Haggard? I think you should bone up on your Republicanship. Ron Paul is a republican in the Eisenhower, Taft, Goldwater, and Reagan tradition.
Honestly to all Democrates...do you think Hillary is any different from the rest of the Washington machine? While Ron Paul is in hostile territory talking some stright shit, Hillary makes an internet commerical joking about whether of not she is going to sing! PEOPLE WAKE UP...I'm conservitive and I'll vote Paul, but if he was in the Democrate party I would regester as a dem just to vote for him! HE IS AMEIRCAS ONLY REAL HOPE FOR BOTH SIDES. Vote Paul '08.
Registered Democrats: If you LIKE what you HEAR from RON PAUL, PLEASE....PLEASE understand, that you MUST change your Party Affiliation to the Republican Party. Contact your Local Board of Elections. Only Registered Republicans can vote in the Republican Primary. If you support Ron, change affiliation and show up to vote in Republican Primary. Tell your friends.
Go Ron Paul.Jewliani,Mcain & Unable and Catchers Mitt Romney are all drinking at the watering troff of the Corporate Beast and just licking their chops in anticipation for making everyone get the microchip implant AKA /mark of the corporate beast.
I commend him for standing on the right side of the fence. powerful choice of a canidate, maybe even better than romney but I don't think that ron paul would have what it takes(campaign wise) to beat hilary. i wish hilary would drop out because she'll magnitize all the liberals to her cause with her chaotic views. she doesn't have the slightest as to how to be a good president. she just has one of the best campaign tools for a democrat: her husband.
yea he's an excellent choice for president. I just don't think he'll be able to beat hillary. he stands for the right things and if i could make someone president it would be him or romney
Most of these are online polls and are not scientific. If a lot of us register to vote as a republican and vote for him to get the rep nomination, he'll win the general election. But as of now most primary voters are going to go for the clown Romney.
No, and most of the "scientific" polls are not honest or accurate.
For one thing, they're only polling people who are willing to take polls, which is only a minority and a certain type of person who has the time on their hands to be bothered with it.
The point is that they're indicators, but the mainstream media is totally ignoring what these polls indicated.
Our foreign policy is bankrupting America. Once again America is being lead to believe we spend too little on military defense. America is spending more money than CHINA, RUSSIA, U.K., JAPAN, FRANCE, GERMANY, INDIA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN, and ISRAEL AND CANADA COMBINED!!! Yes, we spend more than all those nations combined. We are spending over $450 billion annually to fight terrorist who have NO ARMY, NO NAVY and NO AIRFORE and NO U.S.S.R. Nuke Arsenal. Ron Paul can save lives and money.
There's a risk that those against Dr. Paul may go to extremes to discredit him. At this point, it'd be too easy and too effective for THOSE AGAINST HIM to do things such as deliberately COMMITTING FOUL ACTS resorting even to public vandalism to be ATTRIBUTED TO HIS SUPPORTERS in an attempt to convince the public into believing that he is the candidate of kooks and fanatics. Awareness is Prevention?
I like this guy a lot. The first "Republican" I might actually be able to support in my lifetime. My main problem with him is he's Pro-Life, other than that I like him better than any other candidate out there right now.

The only reason Ron Paul looks good is because of just how horrible all politicians look.
If I could make one person president, it would not be Ron Paul.

It's not the only reason, but the others do make him look a lot better.
Given the choices, Ron Paul is by far the BEST choice.

Seems the other Republican candidates don't care about the very things America stands for and which made it great in the first place.

Where have you been living? The corporations ARE in control--that's our biggest problem.
Protect their rights to what--to be incarcerated at a rate 7 times that of other 1st world countries?
Prisons are big business in the US. The 2 most powerful lobbies in California are the prison guards union and the prison construction association.

BIG is always BAD when it comes to government. The biggest problem with the US is that it and it's bureaucracy is too big.
The solution, short of breaking the country apart, is reducing the federal government and turning more of the governing to the states.
The people of the EU are making a huge mistake in moving towards political unification. They should have stuck with just economic cooperation.
