@210482fmj Yes, heat definitely makes the job of flattening the dough easier. I've found the hot pressing method shown in the video to be quite effective.

@zuniga6412 As the dough is pressed between the hot plates it releases steam which escapes around the edges. That's what makes the screaming sound.

do you find hot pressing the dough is better? I think that is what the professional factory machines do.
