  • hi guys, I`m working with the barz at the park, that`s my only workout, at the moment I`m doing hard push ups and dips during one day and pull ups and light push ups the other day...I`m trying to maximise my gain...DO U THINK IS A GOOD ROUTINE ? DO U HAVE ANY SUGGESTION? I want to keep it simple...thanks

  • @watgoatse I'd rather have a body like this guy then any of them pumped up big guys with small dicks in the gym. You need to understand that someone with the right dieting can get as ripped as hell with body weight exercises. The best thing for you to do is go and feel the bicep of a gym rat then go and feel the bicep of a bar tender. The difference is that the gym rats bicep with feel pumped up and not really solid but the bar tenders are will feel like rock. I know this by experience.

Do you see jungle gyms, slides, monkey bars and little kids in the background? Cuz I sure don't. I see grown ass men working out doing pushups and pullups on the equipment made for doing so. Think about what you type before you say stupid shit.

    big props though, takes a ton of hard work and dedication for this. and a good 90% of what he does is core(abs), and tendon strength. makes for a great bouncer/bodyguard. quick, small in size, yet powerful.

    +1 on staying cut and not getting big. keep up the good work
