Hip-Hop is a form of expression through culture, and if it has to do with anything, its not race, its class. Hip-Hop was born in the poorest parts of the South Bronx, and that class was therefore reflected within the music. Latinos, whites, and blacks were all responsible for the success of hip-hop in America. This guy needs to do his homework, if you know hip-hop, you know race means very little. Skillz are skillz, and talent is talent, no matter who you are or what you look like.
