but seriously. 2 heatsinks, 120mm internal fan over the GPU sink, 70mm internal fan on the CPU sink, rear fans boosted (all the fans are blue LED, cuz we all know blue LEDs look cool) x2 80mm case vents with dust filters. Nice airflow. I still need to stencil the case though. Never got round to it.

this is really insignificant, you could have done a way better job, i have one small fan on the standing cpu heat sink whisper quiet doesnt make a single sound.... and a 17 cm fan on top, and add paper to redirect some of the air to the GPU heat sink and guess what my xbox stays at it.. after 2 hours it didnt exceed 75 degrees while having it on hd

He might have too many fans, but when my xbox360 kept overheating after 10 minutes of playing, I cleaned off all the dust on the inside and it still overheated. Then I hooked up 1 fan right above the heatsink and it has yet to overheat.

Having one of the fans on exhaust doesn't make sense because you air pulling the air away before it can pass through your heatsink's fin array. Both on intake would be the best because then the airflow will be constricted at the amount the exhaust fans can pull air through the X360 so your cooling will be as good as it can get. And any excess air will just exit though the vents on the case.

a good idea is to not even try to mod a fan onto the 360. there is more ways to get the rrod than just overheating. and if they find out you modded the 360 it voids the warranty. so dont even try to do this. and anyways, its only 2 weeks you have to wait until you get a new xbox. i think you can survive.
