Your bridge at 3:23 was so fail!! You had it opposite, the high end is where you wanted the big goo to go and the low end is where you did not want it to go! WHY WHY WHY.. Balloon Goos are different from little pin/red Goos from the "Mother Goo".

I just have the demo too, actually, but near as I can tell, they're just useless "Pretty Goos". Their only purpose is that of an objective. Get the Pretty Goos to the Red Pipe.

Later on there are Red Infected Digital Goos in the Information Highway levels. From what I've seen, the game suddenly takes a whole new approach to Goo at that point.
