I give you more information. All humans in group must look in same direction to amplify the signal as well. The the signal will be transmitted in one direction but it will be 4 pi times stronger and the range will be longer.

Yes definately. First build a EEG of multichannel. One EEG-Channel can be made via a differenz amplifier. Build a lot of them. Then place them on the important points of the brain and let the human think of love and peace. Then use spherical antennas to transmit the same signal that you have recorded. You will see that it will have same impact as those groups of humans. Try to measure the pattern of love and peace. Then transmit that with a device. I think this will help.
