ok this is a cookie cutter effect...click on the video fx tab at the bottom left hand corner somewhere. then scroll down to cookie cutter, click on that. then ther will be options. i chose the square border thing...(sorry i forgot what its called) i draged that to the clip i wanted it on. then you change the effects and stuff. its really up to you one how you want the border
well u go to the the text clip and go to the text media. There should be 4 tabs. go to the one that says placement. click on that and you will be able to move it around.
i did that and it doesn't show up. So i add a border and put a glow to it and i place it on the bottom, like you've seen my videos recently, that's the only way. And i saw this one video that had the text like moving over the clip and someone wanted me to do a new moon video to the song haunted and i wanted to use quotes from Edward, but i didn't know know how to put the text on the exact clip.
ok umm. make another video track at the top then go to media generators and click and drag the default text to the top video track. if you want movinf texts then you do the same as i told u and go to the event pan/crop thing and use the keyframes to make the texts move
