Here's how it always goes for me all birds go down and only the people in the Sea Hawk and the little bird im in survive the crashes. Then everyone dies trying to make it to the bunker. A.A. can be very hard to spot bfore it takes one of the birds down.

Nice work. I do it the way the real army does it, and i only lose like 2 people:

1) Order the 6th and 7th squad into the UH-64 (Black Hawk) and keep your squad and the 5th at the beach insertion.

2) Fly to the beach parrelel to the secondary objective, and disembark the 6th and 7th squads.

3) Order them to move to the transposition between the grass and sand.

4) Fly back to get your squad, and the 5th.

5. Order two men from your squad to enter the Little Bird gunships.

This helps a little...thanks lol this mission is fucking impossible. My teams 5, 6, and 7 always get slaughtered and i always get shot out of the little bird which is even more annoying lol.

I did this on my own first time round. I was buggering about in the UH-60 then managed to survive past all the flak and got uphill, shot one or two guys in a window then won. Then tried it later with a friend and we were stuck for hours figuring out what to do. This mission was the best part of OFP:DR

How do i command each man to do diff task ? 16 soldiers is alot .... n n im a noob

i did this i took one little bird my friend took one and we loaded up the mH-60s and my friend got hit straight away and went down and exploded, i took out the AA but somehow my tail rotor got hit and i went down and hit the MH-60s on the way down and we both hit the ground and got out right in the heart of the enemy and we were all butchered in 2.5 secondes

great tacts..the only question i hav is do you use the mortar strike at all?

@TheUsassassin yes, i usually call mortar support to eliminate enemies around the bunker in the end. usually, you could be killed if you try to enter the bunker by yourself in such a last moment. so, better to let your men enter the bunker to kill the rest of enemies.

@TheUsassassin i use the mortat strike like that but sumtimes theres a apc in great position to strike and i cant get the other units in the other apc to strike with methey shoot at sum enemies and then they run wtf lol

i just took a little bird and destroyed the AA myself, as long as u shoot them before they shoot you, i didnt get the secondary but i still beat the mission
