It's a 69. On the 68 the taillights wrap around to the side. Also, in another video you can see the grille. On the 69 it has a bar in the center of the grille. The 68 has the bar towards the top of the grille.

As you said, the tail lights wrap around the side on a '68. They're as plain as day at 0:10 so this car is a '68 by your own definition. I'm very familiar with grill diffs as well but this video doesn't show it. Have a link to the "other" video?
