Actually, the goalie sleds use plastic blades, which allows them to slide in any direction they want, forwards, backwards, side to side, post to post. Their maneuverability depends on the goal tender. I don't think shooting behind Steve Cash, USA Golatender would work... had a 0.00 GAA and 100% SAV Pct at the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver, 5 straight shutouts!

always shoot it behind the goalkeeper, they can only go 100% forward or 100% backwards, nothing less.

I've never really watched sledge hockey like that before, but I must say . . . that's one heck of a shot there!
