@sbgitana1 Yes but it creases if you put too much. I would recommend using it if you have dry eyelids. If not, try using it over UDPP or Too Faced SI.

Umm, You can actually pull off black and brown eyeliner WITH dark eyes. I don't see why you need to use white eyeliner just because you have dark eyes. I think you may need to differentiate between the contrast of eyecolor to eyeliner. And between eye size/shape and eyeliner. I love your videos(;

the black eyeliner has nothing to do with your eye color unless it's enhancing it. black in the waterline mainly just makes your eyes look smaller and lighter. i think you've gotten confused thinking that black won't enhance your eye color.

uhh dark eye liner is actually supposed to make eye pop if you're doing it correctly and not over doing it. because other wise, you wouldn't have put mascara on your lower lashes.. you just over do it with your fake eye lashes... that's why you look bad with all that dark make up..
