Honey, rule of thumb, never talk badly about your competition to the public!! You would be better served sticking to what makes you different or better than your competition. Just my opinion after 17 years in the business.

That is right -- that is what we need - the MLS! but we do NOT need Realtor Association... they tie themselves in to MLS and make real estate agents join them via the broker's connection.

I like buying much less than what I can afford so I will never have to stress out over a house payment and then can take awesome vacations and never stress over money. You seem like an awesome realtor. I wish you the best, I know you will do well.
