@izzletalk They always sucked live. They were not even enjoyable at all live after the self titled album. That's when James decided to start singing "Pretty" as I call it. He tries to use that fucked up singing on the old songs and it just ruins them. Look at Kreator, Slayer, Megadeth, King Diamond, Manowar, Nuclear Assault, they all sound great live. Their songs are as old as Metallica's songs..The point is that Metallica suck live.

But Ive seen Tom Araya sound pretty bad at times, and Mille doesnt sound as he did on Endless pain...and excuse me, but have you heard how atrocious Dave Mustaine sounds live lately? Also from 3:40 on doesnt kick a high level of thrash ass?!
