Nobody won anything. Israel didn't win and Hamas didn't win. In the end a whole lot of people are dead and many buildings destroyed. This is ridiculous, Israel could begin again depending on what Hamas decides to do.

I think if Hamas just stops firing rockets, that Israel won't have a reason to do anything more. But if they decide to keep it up in the future, I think Israel will just try and stop it again.

Israel clearly gave a strong blow to Hamas' capability to rearm. What do you mean "invade"? Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005. This wasn't an invasion. "Pushed outside"?
