I have an asymettrical face, my nose is unique and long and goes up at the end, it has more cartilidge in the right side, in fact my whole body is different slightly in the right from the left. Live with it. Just remember that when you see a photo it does not move, but the human face moves, it is not still all the time. Sometimes procedures like this do not look natural when a face is moving, or smiling. Most people don't really need such drastic surgeries like these.

@MinecraftianBuilders some people make changes for job related reasons, others because of accidents, others because they were born with jaw/septum/etc that wasn't in a proper location for optimal locamotion (example: jaw giving you a massive underbite causing TMJ issues), and others because they just aren't happy with how they look. Surgery should always be the last choice though.. and tanning makes a lot of them look like zombies lol.

@misswillingtolearn Any surgery of any kind has it's risks I'd say a rhinoplasty is more riskier than this. This one is easier to bear through local anesthetics. While a rhinoplasty is just gross to see your own nose peeled up.

The tanning really played a very important role for that guy, and the effect of chin implant is really preatty more dramatic than jaw's. Particularly, i don't think his result is the best, I would suggest the 3:54 man. I found his result on internet and remember that when I was gathering the images to compose the video that picture was the one it took me more time to find back.

Fillers are meant to be good for an add on to jaw implants...a mate has a very notoceable Brad pittish jaw line now... first silicon implants then some filler to make it very brad pittish. I guess it all worked out as he picks up a ton of women now and is veru open about he before pics. Being a much slimmer jaw line.

@arsonin just a suggestion - don't go for jaw implants unless it is really necessary. my friend got it and she was in immense pain for next 6 months. she could barely open her mouth. not to forget the psychological effects. Go for rhinoplasty if you cant resist and see how you react - trust me, people react in a way that they themselves could not imagine!
