Sorry, I'm new to VPN so this maybe is a stupid question. But I don't really get which IP I have to insert in the "Tunell Network" box. Do I have to insert the IP of my LAN?
Thanks for the video I have successfully connected, now I need another user to connect, Do I go through the whole process again created a user CA and a server CA? when i do this i get an error that the port is in use. Do I need to use a new port to a different user? Can we all share the same ports?
Followed this to the T and when I get into the last part to download my certs (tab beside) wizards my certs are not listed there any idea what I may be doing wrong?
Wow thanks! Been struggling with this for a while, manually creating the keys as done with the older version, looking forward to trying this out. this is a great help!
Really nice work, since your solution is really easy to configure. However I'm having some problems. If I use openVPN internally it connects flawlessly, but if I connect from the outside it ain't working. I don't think there's something wrong with the certificates then.
I think it's a NAT problem. I also tried TCP instead of UDP, but it still isn't connecting. In the firewall rules tab WAN there's a UDP rule for OpenVPN, there is also a rule in the OpenVPN tab.
If you can’t connect from outside, check that the WAN IP is reachable, and the required port is opened. If you change TCP/UDP, you must update the WAN rule too.
Thanks for this video, that's exactly what I was looking for. It works internally (as I have multiple public ips) now I need to try from an external site, I could directly connect to the internet though from one of my public ips... that might be a better idea.
@ewkfp Hi, did you try to ping a host (PC) on your LAN after successfully connected to the VPN? For more details on the configuration you can check out my blog post related to this setup, the link is in the description of this video.

Hi
Thanks for this video.
I have successfully connected to my network, but I am having problems connecting to my local LAN from outside.
Is there anyway that you can give a more guided tour???
Best regards....

The music distracts me from concentrating on what's going on in pfSense, can't you instead talk us through what you're doing, please?
