just wondering, do you need to wax a new 2010 seeker board?

all boards all have a factory wax already on them

So, the factory wax holds through the distribution, storage, transport, etc... and should be good for a few runs at least on the slopes eh? thx
yup, you can take it out of the plastic, throw some binders on it and go for it...
would this board still be good for park?

if you like a stiffer board for park then sure it would be just fine.
