you are aware that some of these children have done something as little as playing cards on the street! Do some research before you just assume. And yes if they did commit a crime there should be some punishment to hopefully stop them from committing again (even though lots of times it is for survival purposes, like the bucket of fish) but they should be in a place with strictly children, not where they are house with pedophiles!!!

well, I feel for those kids, I really do, I spent 13 months in custody (in the US), and I know that time away from family or friends made me a much better person.
