Parkour is using the enviroment to get somewhere quickly or if your being chased by someone.

free-Running is stuff like flips, gainers, wall-spins etc.

They are two different things that often get confused with each other.

I should know, as i do both, but was under the usumption that it was one big thing not two seperate things :)
