Tip with the makeup: use the ben nye stuff, then grin really wide. Use a toothpick (or something not as sharp) to draw along the smile lines, then do the same to the rest of the face. Make natural wrinkles, draw them, and it should look a little more like the movie.

Not bad at all! About the makeup; if the cream and "cracking" makeup are the same base (water, oil) you could try mixing them. You'd have to experiment to find the right mixture but that's half the fun. Break a leg!

Not bad, not bad. I'm a maximalist, so that's probably the reason why I'm not 100% (fully) satisfied by the impression, but I think it's 80% good, which is still quite much from me. =D

The lip licking part was not exactly joker-like, but I'm glad you kept that in mind.

Try using thicker paint for the red color.. then it'd look more scar AND Joker-like.
