@jryanm76 Its also the minimum height for abort. I.E. If you dont see the runway by minimums you go around or deviate. Its like V1 in reverse. What I was talking about autopilot is its also the minimum altitude to set your ILS autopilot configuration.
Greath video, but you should think about the operation done by the Norwegian operator WIDERØE. WIDERØE operate the Dash-8 in very harsh condition.This mean operation the Dash-8 "Classic",often in snow, dark, and extreme wind/X-wind, on 799 meters runways, all time of the year..!
Hey! Nice landing to start off with. I flown a Dash 8 before an it was an alright aircraft. Personally perfer the Saab 340B+ aircraft more but still the Dash 8's arent bad. Anyways what model Q100 or Q200? And What airline?
Dash8-300. Basically a Q300 without much of the noise-cancelling technology, which didn't make much of a difference anyway, but the plane is still excellent to fly on. I've been on -300s and the Q400.

well it was a question in a flight test i did fuck head. although this was for light aircraft.
and im guessing it can effect your intruments as its electromagnetic waves could effect gyro intruments.
