I remember the incredible fucking rush everyone and i got when that intro sounded, and then the pyro's exploded and BANG! there they were. Maiden, live, kicking ass like always.
That night was the best night i ever had in my ENTIRE life, And i will never forget it.
UP THE IRONS!. *Speaking of which i saw the ed force one when i was leaving melbourne!!!*
I was at this show on Feb 7th in melbourne, and having hailed from Canada - i've seen alot of great shows in my time - original Black Sabbath, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Rush, Alice cooper, etc, etc. Nothing could prepare me for how good this was. It was and is my favourite show i've ever had the privilege to see. I know that by hook, or by crook, I will see them again, when they come back to tour their next album. Just magic. Maiden, you guys know how to rock.
HOW GOOD WAS IT in the mosh i was a fair way back soon as the lights dimmed i ended up 4 rows away from the stage...love maiden they may be old but great show and perfromers
FKN WICKED GIG. best concert Ive been to. AND Dave, Steve and Jannick were at Bridie O'Reilly's after the gig and my mate and I got to have a beer with them.. got the photos to prove it!! hehe.
Was there on Thursday night and the adrenaline rush continues. Was an absolute honor to witness metal perfection. Dickinson is the best front man of all time and anyone who says that Rose comes close needs to buy a ticket and catch Maiden either here or abroad and pay close attention.
Great night last night and the setlist was from memory: Aces High, 2 Minuntes to Midnight, Revelations, Wasted Years, Number of the Beast, Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Powerslave, Can I play with Madness, Fear of the Dark, Heaven Cant wait, Iron Maiden, Moonchild, Clairvoyant, Hallowed be thy name
The Trooper, Wasted Years, Can I Play With Madness, The Number Of The Beast, The Rime Of The Ancient Mariner, Powerslave, Heaven Can Wait, Run To The Hills, Fear Of The Dark,
Iron Maiden, Moonchild, The Clairvoyant, Hallowed Be Thy Name.
isn't he getting old? great performance. Each passing year, this guy sings better.

We shall go on to the end.
We shall fight in France,
We shall fight on the seas and oceans,
We shall fight with GROWING confidence and GROWING strength in the air.
We shall defend our island whatever the cost may be.
We shall fight on beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds,
We shall fight in the fields and in the streets.
We shall fight in the hills,
We shall never surrender.
