to be honest, being a NJ resident i would take a stand in disagreement with the law. but i wouldn't trust a jury of 12. weed is looked down upon in this state (for the most part). i hope all goes well for you, and i hope that you have some type of legal council on your side to help you represent yourself. ill be looking out to see what happens with your case. good luck, and jah bless.
