I have been working for some time now on "re-thinking" following watching your DVD Down The Rabbit Hole....watching it many many times!! One question I have never heard addressed by any of the scientists, researchers or Spiritual teachers is what I call my Night Mind. I would think that my night thoughts would start to conform to my new rewiring of neuro nets but I continue to wake up with "old stuff' literally on my mind and I have to take a little while to get my thinking on track.

@HackEsacker This Q wasn't for me but, Dr. Joe is brilliant but still only brushed the surface. The brain must be mastered first, so take it slow.. there are natural processes which take time. The brain is a 3 dimensional navigator of past-present-future.. but to be truly present you must combine L and R brain polarities, to form a present emotional awareness.. with the 3 dimensions of the brain mastered, then you move to the fourth which is not fully integrated, takes time! patience and love!

@HackEsacker We're all experiencing this. The New Earth may be ready, and we may be adjusting to it, but that doesn't mean the majority of humanity is. Until society hits that tipping point, we still have to play by its rules, and more and more we find that our frequencies don't match so well anymore. This is just something we have to learn to cope with until the tipping point arrives.
