its not that his butt should go lower but he should set his seat farther back. it makes the "hip pop" easier and therefore makes the kettlebells feel lighter furthering ur workout :-)
i was just referring to the part where he was performing front squats, since people typically squat way past parallel when doing this exercise, especially with kettlebells.
