That would be true if all beheadings were done with one quick swipe through the neck. Many beheadings have been done with hunting knives where the beheader saws back and forth at the neck until the head is severed. That would be a death in agonizing pain and horror. I would rather die in an explosion than be beheaded. Id take a bomb any day of the week over being beheaded.

Well Im in the Military and I can tell that there is no justification for torture NONE. It doesn't work and it only creates more terrorists that kill soldiers. Gen. Petraeus already told Fox that torture doesn't work it's just unamerican. I cannot believe we americans trying to justify something that we fought against in WW2.
