The Eucharist turns to blood because she is in the state of mortal sin. No other Eucharistic miracle has ever turned to blood in someones mouth unless they were in the state of mortal sin. All other Eucharistic miracles change outside of someones mouth into the body and blood of Christ. Our Lord would not turn Himself into the blood on someones tongue if they were in the state of grace.
God is offended by receiving Him on "dirty" hands(ONLY priest can touch Him) in the Holy Eucharist!
Only accepted by Heaven form of receiving living Heart of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist of the Catholic Church is into our mouth and on our both knees!
