Don't care what people say, you're looking and the most muscular most balanced pro around. I've heard alot of rumors about how kai is on more drugs than phil heath....Who cares? I've seen phil heath train many a time with my own eyes and guess what? HE TRAINS FOR SHIT compared to kai. Phil has a prettier face than kai, is younger, and less eccentric...the real reasons kai may never be mr. O, but it has nothing to do with Physique.
what do you guys think?? is training legs with heavy weights overrated? unless ur a pro or aspiring to be a pro?? i mean you could get nice legs using ur own body weight...
@coquitoabkk If you start with leg extensions first, leg press second then squats third, you can't go heavy. This is how all the pros train. Pre-exhaust...jumping on squats first is stupid because you'll ruin your knees. Always remember pre-exhaust. I work up to 7 or 8 plates a side on the leg press, but I don't go crazy heavy on squats. My max set today was 195 for 10. You don't want to go too heavy...think long term for your knees. You wan't to be able to walk without pain at 45.
@coquitoabkk Good question! Legs (and abs) are all about your diet. You must eat a lot of protein to make your legs grow and recover. 1.5 grams per pound. A good recovery supplement helps legs grow. Then, yes you MUST go heavy in the safest manner possible for your body! Going heavy WITHOUT the diet for growth and supplements for recovery doesn't do you any good.
@BigMuscleHeadGuy ok now heres another question.... is it really the protien that you need?? or the essental amino acids>?? i mean amino acids are the building blocks of protien...so why must we injest so much protien per pound of body weight??i think Men follow bodybuilder regiments too closely ...what they do and what we do should be different...because of their diet and "things they take" ...compared to normal guys who just want to get ripped and look good
@coquitoabkk Another good question. You are right, amino acids are the building blocks of protein. So take your logic to the next step, that is- protein is the building block of muscle. There is a direct relationship between the amount of calories you eat and how large muscles grow. So you need BOTH! You are right that bodybuilders take and do things differently! Protein isn't easy for your body to break down either. I would NOT do 1g/lb in a leaning phase. .75g/lb maybe. And a lot of green tea.
in stead of dieting like he should be he was taking mime classes from what it looks like lol Awesome, entertaining, brilliant, innovative funky, fun, exciting, was just wonderful, im very impressed! lol
This is possibly one of if not the most intense leg workout I've seen on Video. Kai trains past his limits!
Steroids, supplement's etc just don't give you drive like this. It takes heart!

Are their any bodybuilders who beast up their legs working out like Ronnie??

@jasonito23 Each bodybuilder is different. I know Dorian Yates trained his legs with the same intensity and so does Branch.
