it is an airsoft gun. Probably the M134 Minigun, by the looks of it. You can modify airsoft guns to shoot ridiculously powerfully, like 700fps+. its been done.

@HullAL09 You can't mod an airsoft gun to shoot 700fps+. The highest legal limit of an airsoft gun is 500fps. If higher, it's a pellet gun, which is illegal in most states in the US. If you try to mod your airsoft gun to shoot faster and it's CO2, it could explode/catch on fire. Electric, battery could spark and it could catch on fire. Spring, the gun will fall apart.
