I don't think Rick Carlisle is doing a good job with this team so far this year. I watch the SA spurs/ Dallas Mavs game and it was bullshit. Lamar Odom doing stupid shit, and VC plays with the second unit too much. He needs to play with Dirk and Marion then he can do some damage. They are not creating any plays for him and treating him like a reserve. VC is on the court when the team is down by 25 with 2 mins left and starters are taken out 3rd quater with plenty of ball left to play....bs
