it took me 2 years to find this for my xbox because my computer cant handle these amazing quality in graphics and ive heared it shouldve beaten FlightSimulator X by numoerous of graphic details it is an awesome game and it is worth looking for it and the money

Killer gameplay! Loved it! oh, and the Luftwaffe wasn't full of Nazi’s that was the SS & the SA, these guys are just regular soldiers or pilots in their case.

How does training work, is that like planes that don't shoot at you, or is it like countless Star Fox games (really 1, 2 (yes, I'm counting the never-released sequel because it has been hacked and is able to be download, even if most of the game is all in Japanese), and Star Fox 64) where you fly through wings. I might be getting it this upcoming Chanukah so, I want to know what to expect beforehand.

Aren`t there 3 difficulty sets (arcade, realistic and simulator)? Game is not so arcade at last two.

Some of the single missions are nearly impossible to complete in realistic. Missions with that damn russian agricultural aeroplane (i-16) are completable only in arcade.

Most of u may think that the Hurricane Mk II is a extremely armed-to-the teeth fighter but those 12 MGs are the quite under-powerd 30.Cal MGs so compare that slow rate of fire and less damege to the Spitfires better 4 50.Cals and 2 20mm Cannons, high damege, medium R.O.F(Rate of fire)

@sgtsmith501 During the Battle of Brittan the Spitfire and Hurricane ahd the same armament. The Hurricane did more damage then any other warplane, ak ak gun, or other weapon. After that BoB the hurricane was turned into a ground attack warplane, while the Spitfire went off to become a fighter

I have the demo for this for the PC, and the controls are rather quirky (I use an AV8R-01 stick). I have Birds of Prey for 360, and the controls rock.

actually the hurricane has a much tighter turning circle than the spitfire but the spit is faster and more well balanced to different roles.

Of course it's arcadey if you play on arcade mode... Play on simulator.

That game looks so much like IL-Sturmovik, the title screen is the same, the music is the same, it even looks the same.

@Mouiki It's the same game, they just changed the name for the PC version I think to avoid confusion with the original (and superior) IL-2 Sturmovik.

Every game has it's flaws but who cares :) Thumbs up buddy. I am a fan of air war. WW1 and WW2. ATM I am playing Rise of Flight, but it's time for me to purchase more Air War Games hehehe :)

Nice to see an Let's play of this game, I've got It for X360 and absolutely loved It. Playing through campagin on Realistic difficulty now. Missions are kind of hard, but very satisfying and enjoyable to complete :}. Keep them coming :}.

@decep3107 Nice video, but why do you always use your engine until the overheating? When your WEP is coloured in black you can't accelerate anymore and that's disadvantageous if you're fighting...but I don't know
