Is there any improvements on back up and restore files? I have act 2008, back up & restore is a true nightmare. Sometimes my backed up files disappear, have no idea why. After a PC crash, I had to reinstall ACT 2008, now I get an message says "I don't have the ACT 2008 that created back up file so it won't restore my files. GREAT I CAN'T ACCESS MY CONTACTS NOW. How can I TRUST ACT after that experience?

That would be frustrating. Have you had an opportunity to call ACT! support to ask them how to restore the files?
