  • So how many countrys has offered to help us when we help so many other over seas ? ( 0 ) That is how many. You are in our praers and god has saved your life. I live in up state New York the only thing we have is snow. snow and more snow with temperatures at ( -25 to -35 degries below zero ) I am sure you get the same there in the winter. Take care..

  • I live high up in the hills in St. Peters and crap its was scary seeing it coming down!

  • at about 8:32 of this video, the guy wants to know what blow thru the corner of my house. It was a tree limb that landed on my bed. glad I wasnt sleeping yet... :( bye bye house.... btw, the awning from the front yard is in the backyard

  • @tornadoalie2011 wow, so lucky on that one.

  • @tornadoalie2011 do you have insurance if not good luck buddy

  • glad i didnt wear my good shoes :)

  • Watching your vid I'd say you got lucky with this one, glad your safe, but your fellow neighbors, my god, it's just utter devastation. I noticed how the tornado would touch one house, but the other next to it remained unscathed. I've never been in a tornado, but we get tornado warnings here in tustin california, city of orange county, during our stormy weathers. It's weird I know, but it's anywhere now. Me & my family's prayers are with all the victims everywhere that's affected.

  • I was detoured off of McKelvey Rd because of a downed tree and into the Rose Acres subdivision; I believe that is where this YouTube video was taken because I did see the Bennington street sign. That is the street I took to get to Creve Coeur Mill rd. I live less than 2 miles from Rose Acres. All I heard was the siren; there was very little wind at my house. It is hard to imagine what these poor folks are going through; it’s got to be rough.

    Helferstay, thanks for the video.

  • Not lucky! Truly BLESSED!

  • If more people had video taped the devistation, then less people who are curious would be driving thru to see it. Everyone slows to look at an accident on the highway it is human nature to want to see what almost happened to you. My brother-in-law was in a plain on the tarmac at Lambert these are stories we have to see and remember this is why we are told to go to the basement. Even though the chance of something happening to you is slim. Thanks for posting this it is a great video!

  • @enigma1923 and ignorance speaks...

  • @enigma1923 Were you there you idiot? Have you ever lost every single thing you own? I f so so I hope you handle it with half as much grace these people have. No one is whining, we're cleaning up and moving on. I grew up in the neighborhood he's filming and you're only seeing the least hit areas.

  • @enigma1923. Look up Beaverton/Harmon Estates in Bridgeton.

  • @enigma1923 Has your home ever been destroyed/condemned? Ever been homeless, no food or clothing? From your ignorant comment, I am assuming not. Tree branches? It was an F4 tornado. Do I need to define that for you? My home was destroyed. This is my neighborhood, and my house is shown on this video. NO ONE is whining. We are pulling together to rebuild our HOMES, neighborhood, and lives. It is a miracle that no one lost their lives, but that doesn't give you the right to be an a@@.

  • thats me the realy big guy with the saw about min12 i finished misisters house acrost the street and was helping out

  • i hate that this has happened. im living in arkansas now but i grew up in berkley. played baseball in bridgeton and maryland heights. when i saw the videos and pic on the weather channel well all i can say is i was shocked. i hate that you all are going through this and i hope for a speedy recovery.

  • That's crazy. Feel sorry for those people.

  • Wow, I just saw my own house. I took some still shots, but it didn't capture the true devastation. This was like nothing I can explain.

  • U did a great job getting the aftermath of the tornado in your neighbor hood. Best footage I have seen on here. I went ahead and saved it under my favorites. I cant believe being that close your house didnt get hit! By the way...You have a beautiful house. I live by the airport and thank god we didnt get hit. Thanks for posting .

  • although it is horrible to think of all the people who have their things destroyed or worse. it is very refreshing to see everyone out trying to clean things up and move past this horrible time. It shows the strength and bond in community that people have to not let things like this knock them down for long.

  • Its cool my head stopped spinning.

  • That Video made me sick to my stomach because of the fast panning and jumpy video. Glad everyone is ok.

TIP: # Keep a consistent turning motion, don't turn too fast or too slow.

  • @biggmikeh my bad, it was just one of those, one time thru and wanted to caught everything thangs

  • Made me sick too, but not for that reason.
