  • japan is not part of chaina

  • like it lots but 5:57 startled me

  • What's the whistle instrument you hear?

  • 浮世絵は日本の芸術である。中国的なBGMはやめてもらいたい。

  • compliments for you beauty, trascription of images of extraordinary talent breed paiting pictturesque agglobano the original language of a nation ill for the origins of character to characterize the uptake of simplified expression for diversity gergo arcaico hello japan formid able (ablativo athenei) tanke you cèèè

  • Change the music or footage.

  • I didnt realize this was chinese music, How can you tell between chinese music and japanese music? I need a few good examples =)

  • @Chikokishi: The flute you are hearing is a "dizi," and the string instrument is probably a dulcimer called a "yangqin." These are never heard in Japanese music, which is usually far less rhythmically rigid as well. If you hear songs like "Sakura," "Rokudan," and "Oshougatsu," you'll hear melodies and instruments that are indicative of Japan, such as the "shakuhachi" flute and "koto." Rule of thumb: if you hear anything that sounds like this song, it CAN'T be Japanese. ^_^ I hope that helps!

  • @Chikokishi Simply put, the sound. xD

  • @tadakatsu14 i dont have enough experience with traditional chinese and japanese to make the distinction yet i guess =(

  • bonisimo video, y bellisimo lo de hokusai me recuerda a; vincent van gogh, monet, picasso, y jackson pollock,..

  • Why Chinese music?

Japan is NOT part of China.

  • @ubic999 It's one the few places in Asia that ISNT apart of China (according to China anyway) XP lol

  • @ubic999 or are they? :) Japanese culture barrows Chinese tradition and are very accepting to Chinese music as part of Japanese traditional music

  • C'est trop con qu'il soit mort déjà -_-'

  • Your images are much brighter and colorful than some other videos of Hokusai's works on YouTube. Very nice! Love the music and the art so much. Added to my Japanese Culture playlist.

Are Blitish and French the same?

Are German and Tunisian the same?...

    I disagree......

  • Oh Noooo! Chinese Music!

    Ukiyoe is Japanese art.

so, you should use Japanese music

    as BGM.

  • the art is amazing the perspective and subject matter is WOW!!

  • @SamuraiTogo Of course it would be best to have japanese music. But in this case it doesn't really matter beacause Hokusai was always inspired by chinese culture and picutres. One may say, his way of painting comes indirectly from China.

  • ........BEAUTIFUL..............<

  • it doesnt matter were its from.

I think this is what "soothing the savage beast" sounds like :)

  • Not Japanese music but I still love it. Wonderful Hokusai.

  • yes, this is the guzhen and Chinese (bamboo?) flute, not the koto

  • 晕,中国音乐。
