  • A much better way to do this, pull up, hold for 5, go all the way down, back up, down to 90, hold for 5, down, all the way back up, down to 120, hold for 5, down, one rep. Repeat. Have fun, they hurt but make you strong.

  • @derektz69 Even better: Up, hold 5', down, up, down to 90, hold 5', down, up, down to 120 and 5', then rest 5' all the way down (without letting go). Repeat 5 times the whole thing. Cry only when it's done.
