FOE, Field On Enemy... That's a NON-RANDOM encounter. since you can see it on the field. It'll touch your party then the encounter begins.

To my undetrstanding, they are like a mini-boss, appears as a fuzzy ball in the overworld that comes in orange, black, and another color I think.

Bumping into one of these, a strong monster appears. However, the meaning "F.O.E." is unknown to me, I don't have this game.

I can read most of the hiraganas without one, it's the katakanas and kanjis that I can't read. It's not just hiraganas there you know, otherwise I wouldn't ask for one.

Plus, it's actually rather hard to just guess if you've written right when it comes to words and such because lyrics written in Japanese they don't seperate words from each others.

And only like 3 out of every 4 words are kanji, you'll be fine.

Mm, yeah, guess. You'll end with with 40% mistakes in it.

You can never be too sure. I did the same with two other songs, even though they did contain more kanjis, but that won't mean that less kanjis results in easier translation. Also, due to the music and such, it can be quite a problem listen to them. That also happened a lot of those other songs, if I hadn't managed to find people that were willing to correct the lyrics, there would have been a high amount of errors in it.
