  • My doctor had me start taking 800mg folic acid per day and I feel much better. Not fatigued and more focused.

  • Great video but please don't say "like" so much. :)

  • try eating mackeral 2 or 3 times a week for the omega 3 & 6. continue on the greens but by no means resort to anti depressants of any kind. keep your diet free of processed food or at least at a minimum. give your self time to pull through, say NO 2 sleeping pills & concoctions. avoid over the counter drugs that just cover the symptoms. let the pain guide u to the answer. it'll b worth the effort. want some tips on training your body to sleep write me.

  • You have some rather good comments and tips and keep it up, but is it possible for you to say "like "anymore? just that one setback makes you sound rather ...please I am not trying to be mean.. but be aware of your overuse of that word. I am sure your more intelligent than how you talk in this video.

    and 'chromium something something', but like to be totally honest, you'll get just as much benefit if you do green smoothies/ a salad at lest once a day.

  • i recomend magnesium vitamin d and coral calcium this will help so much! if you need more of a pick me upper than take 5-htp

  • I agree with you about the greens! Whole Foods also has this green juice (organic) called Lean Green, which tastes funky at first, but you end up liking it. You need to update your blog, too. I love your videos!
