McNeill is a buzzard on the highway picking at the remains of a proven coach. Texas Tech and thier players are the one who lost on this deal. Don't teach students that when you make a deal and don't like it, you can bail out. This firing is all about money; not football, not mistreatment, not atelete/student and coach relations. Texas Tech has forever tainted the character of a coach over money.
