That's just a Rumor about Oziach. I have gotten visage after 2 weeks of hunting steel dragons, on my main, I did talk to Oziach. On my pure I decided I should try hunting, after only 300-350 Steel dragons, I got my visage. Note, yo can not do Dragon Slayer on a 1 Defence Pure.

i killed 170 and no visage yet.. aparently it takes 500.. so thats what ill do.. and 63 range so really slo.. melee is good tho

Yep, hallys work just fine too, they actually may be a better option, as it saves money from all the bolts for range.

Sorry for the critisism but. there was no point for the stole best option would be Fury>Glory>Power. Also Emerald Bolts are not the best choice to use there. There weakness is range which means they are easy to kill with almost any bolt. Yes emerald would make it slightly faster but 3X more expensive. You can also use Normal range Bows as long as you stay in the safe spot.
