I do know what I own and beating a bunch of hondas isn't much of an accomplishment. But I took out the rotary and building a 350 for it right now. Just too hard to find parts for and when you do they are quite expensive.
Did you time the run or did you guess? I also have a 85 rx7 but of course with problems and it goes from 0-60 in 34 seconds, no exaggerations. But of course I am having some fuel problems and I have no idea how quick these things are completely stock and in good shape.
@pimbuk yo dont know what you own do ya a 85 rx-7 bridgeported can own shitty hondas and must of cars and yes fuel lag is normal since these engines eat fuel at high revs that why they have a niki 4barrels carb 2 to for low revs and 2 for high end.... go check your fuel filter, fuel line, and do and overal overhaul to your carb or better get a racing beat intake system nikki carbs are a nightmare to repair
