  • here try this is what my breakfast looks like at 155 lbs 6 eggs three whole three whites a slice of chedder a hand full of spinach a cup of uncooked oatmeal (reg not instant) with a cup of cold milk poured on it thats about 600 cals for breakfast

  • theres no way u getting 30 grams of protien using just egg whites let alone any calories one egg white is about 10 cals

  • @justwired egg whites are the source of the protein from the egg. the egg yolk has all the fats that u dont want, for people like him who eat like 5-10 eggs a day, the yolks would kill him so if he wants he would eat around 1 yolk per 4-5 egg whites for the healthy fats

  • @ElemenohpeeHD dude you have any idea of macronutrient, ratios ur calories have to come from some where proteins are the build blocks carbs and fat should be used as fuel source so like a 3000 cal. diet 60 percent carbs 30 percent protein 10 percent fat il is like a bulk diet. a diet of 1800 to 2400 cals a day 60 percent protein 30 percent carbs 10 fat still has about 60 to 80 grams of fat is more of a cut diet look at the exaple below of what i eat every mourning and im at 12 percent bf

  • .. with a banana and protein shake in water and 2 egg whites.. then I'll wait 30 minutes and have mixed veggie (broccoli, hasperrragus, spinach, etc.) with 1 fish fillet, and whole grain - brown rice, then I wait for about 3 hours and eat again. Just an example, but man you could do so much better dude.

  • lmao shitty breakfast, even for a person who doesn't workout. You need more fibrous carbs from green leafy veggies for extra vitamins to go along with a multi, and less starchy carbs right off the bat, when your body is in need of hydration, protein and vitamins,the last thing you want to do is consume 4 servings of bread to sponge what's left of water in your small intestine. God damn son. Not hating, buit here's an example of what i what I eat.. wake up, multi and fish oils..

He's clearly attempting to bulk here where as your diet would not be ideal in this situation. There are different goals that require different diets, it's not just a "eat this instead of that" kind of thing. Nobody with a PHD would be on youtube, it's nothing but a bunch of kids trying to act lke they know everything

  • @TheMusclesmagee Yes, I am now learning just how prevelent "trolling" is on youtube.. however, you must consume a minimum of 7 servings of vegetables or fruit daily, and all I was saying, was that you need to incorporate more veggies with protein, and have starchy carbs as a snack in between meals, to ensure the most complex carbohydrates can be shuttles directly into the muscle.. as to pose to loading nutrients by mixing starchy carbs with protein..your..

  • Also, I am no nutritionist but it looks as if you have wheat white bread, which still has minimal nutritional value. Buy some hearty 10 grain bread, it is a much better option.

  • WHOLE eggs are wayyyyyy more anabolic and overall healthier. Guess if Your just going for a contest and trying to lose all bodyfat or want to be ultra ripped year-round then perhaps only whites are preferable. But for building and growing WHOLE EGGS are much better and healthier in my opinion, just can't overcook or You ruin aminos and fats.

  • lol! Looks like what I used to eat. I ditched the Ezekiel bread and replaced it with tubers when I want some carbs and keep the egg yokes. Why throw away the best part of the egg? I guess you can get away with eating like that when you are young.

  • @rampersad109 Yes, it is absolutely fine to eat 2-4 eggs a day. Most people say it is unhealthy because when they think eggs, they think of eggs fried in butter. It is the butter that is bad, not the egg itself. You can skip the butter and poach the egg (taste just as good, I poach mine and put it on toast and pop the yolk), boil it or eat it raw.

    There are no vegetables, plain bread isn't very taste, neither is plain omelet/scrambled eggs. A meal doesn't have to be plain tasting, though it might help if you're trying to lose weight. You can enjoy food, even healthy food.

  • is the digest system.It dosent matters how big,tool or bodyshape u are.We all got same digest system.30 is max wich your body can absorb.Unlees u are using saa (steroids) then yes u can consume more.

  • @pacepayszta u have been misled. There is no research supporting that the body can only absorb 30 grams of protein. We do not all have the same digestive system. A muscular guy weighing 230 pounds would require more that just 30 grams of protein per meal. Spread across 6 meals that's only 180 grams per day. A better estimate is 50-60 grams.

    intestines are always absorbing water and nuritents all the time.. it doesnt matter how much or when really, as long as you eat enough per bodyweight etc., then the body will absorb it. im no doctor, but why would the body just suddenly stop dead absorbing nutrients? it goes against the principle of taking casein at bed which is what a lot of people who believe this 30 gram stuff adhere to..

    and there not all the same, since humans can adapt. not enough characters remaining ;)

    You process more or less protein depending of your metabolism(muscle mass, overall weight/height, and daily activities) And if you are huge you can of couse use 46 grams... I don't know if ya lift weights but if you train seriously have 2 scoops and not one... you WILL see results... Everybody is different...
