My quiksilver is a 1400 8v and happily does 120. It only has a straight through exhaust and a filter.... So why do you doubt it?

there talking bhp not top speed ive got a 106 xsi 1400 8v and that does 130mph but it does have a few mods, group N decat system, miltek 421 mani, k&n, Group N rigid engine mounts, stripped and caged. but thats still 120 bhp tops dead race against a 106 gti but mine can beat them off the line due to being lighter and a closer ratio gearbox14bhp out of these 1400's isnt easy at all, and by the quality of video / lack of spec i would say thats not 140 bhp
