  • so this is just like soft drowning

  • "You're gonna want to breathe....but you won't be able to."

    Still not torture somehow. Oh...ok.

  • @rik78

    Tell him about the NDAA!

Where U.S citizens can be labeled a terrorist for having a 7 day supply worth of food.

And can arrest you with out trial!

Arrest you in public or in private.

Assassinate you in public or private.

Either way.once you labled as a terrorist by OUR government.I guess its ok...right......what ignorant bastards.

  • I don't care if its torture its not like its being used on grandma its being used on terrorist and if it can get some intel then I am all for it

  • @MPG350 How do you know they're terrorists? They've never stood trial and been found guilty of anything.

  • @rik78 Usually when people are found with extremist islamic terrorist groups they usually are not innocent

  • @MPG350 So you don't bother with trials in USA? Just having someone found in the same area as an extremest group is proof enough that they're a terrorist? Very interesting...

Over here in Britain our legal system works on the principle of 'innocent until proven guilty'. We also don't hold people without trial. It's been like that since the 13th century. Interestingly, most other civilised countries in the world work on the same principle.

When you're ready to join us, give us a shout.

  • @rik78 You have to break a few eggs if you want to make a omelette, not saying its right but thats how it goes..

  • @MPG350 "Not saying it's right but that's how it goes". So you do know it's wrong but you don't care?

  • @rik78 If it help gather intel then I am all for it, I really don't care about terrorist rights as long as they go around killing innocent people. If they can get the information that can just prevent one persons death then it was worth it.

  • @MPG350 But that's just it, you don't KNOW they're terrorists do you.

What if you were to find out the Taliban were torturing American civilians they were convinced were military. Fair enough?

  • OK thats fair, but you forgetting one important thing. If the military waterboards its for intel to help prevent more lost innocent lives, if the taliban tortures its because they want more intel to kill more innocent lives. Sorry but I wont stick up for the rights of terrorist.

  • @MPG350 Again, we don't know they're terrorists though. They've not been found guilty of anything.

If they had been found guilty of killing innocents I (and many others) would sympathise with you.

  • @rik78 Many have been convicted of terrorism

  • @MPG350 Three have been convicted of terrorism.

600 of the 779 have been released without ever even being charged with anything.

171 remain (including children, which is against international law).

Source: Wikipedia page on "Guantanamo Bay detention camp"

Now why would the USA release 600 terrorists? Could it be that there was no evidence they were terrorists perhaps? Seems a strange thing to do otherwise.

  • @rik78 Depends on the numbers some report over 500, either way I am willing to bet none of them were waterboarded. That is usually used on people high up in taliban that have confirmed terrorist ties.

  • @rik78 sorry i commented but didn't send it to you. ha

  • have any of those people who don't consider this as torture tried it?

  • Why can't they waterboard criminals in prisons?

  • @AbuBishir because it is inhumane, imorale, and wrong.

  • You can see it in that soldiers eyes, when dude walked in. He has zero problem with this, and I'm sure killing does not rock his world either.

  • its torture......

    end of story

  • What a baby, it's just a little water. Worst that can happen is you drown.

  • @zacharycat Yeah, I mean, hey, whats worth then death? lol

  • @zacharycat That's what will happen to you if you refuse to talk.

  • @EEEL123 I could get you to tell me that you sucked over 1000 dicks in a year by doing this. Doesnt mean what your saying is true. If you dont agree this is torture then Im guessing youre an american ...

  • aww common they can chop off our heads but we cant pour some water over theirs for information? we have used it 3 times... on the top 3 al queada terrorist groups.. all 3 times we got VERY important intel. bring it back tbh... and im one of the few to have actually tried water boarding lol

  • That soldier looked like the real deal in the beginning. I was intimidated just by watching him. He's probably taken a few lives lol.

  • From what I understand, at that point where I himd in, you were discussing the war in Iraq/Afghanistan's civilian death toll and relating it to WW II, with the difference being that in Japan we launched pamphlets from planes to warn them about their coming doom. (Which is still not justification for nuking them "oh we warned them, they didn't leave it s not our fault.." sorry not good enough.) Is that the wrong context?

  • @ParalegalX as a matter of fact yes...the topic was not death toll...it was targets...and the us military does not specifically target civilians like the taliban does...the drktmlar guy wanted to use s 60+yr old world war 2 attack as an example...i never said anything about how right or wrong it was just that you cant use a world war attack that happened over 60 yrs ago as an example of todays military tactics against a guerrilla grp of terrorists

  • @bklee83 9/11.

  • @VoreTechz1985 is there a point to your response to my comment or do you just want to say 9/11

  • That seems a bit stupid.

  • if you want to see how it's really done (because this was a pale imitation of the true technique) I invite viewers to search for Christopher Hitchens waterboardind experience. He didn't last long either.

  • At a party it ended in a waterboarding game...It wasnt a very fun experience...

Though i lasted about 12 seconds.

But i put that partly down to me taking a large gulp of air before going under.

  • Damn with that name I thought he would be tougher. I mean a guy named Sheila must have been through hell on high school.

  • it is torture

  • 0:33 "nothings so bad you cant stand 15 seconds of it"

I'll wage that you cant perform cunnilingus on Rosie 'O' Donald for 15 seconds.

  • Drownding?.... failure.

  • My god, I cant believe the dead look in the soldiers eyes. Its a terrible thing to see my fellow man so far gone...... I must add he is excellent at water boarding, look at that wrist action! Hes a pro

  • And what's the fear?

    Drowving.

    Sooo... Like driving and drowning?

  • @kelvinscreations It sounded more like he pronounced it like most ignorant individuals try to pronounce it, something like "Drownding", but the again the audio isn't the clearest in this video, it could just be a glitch. :P

  • for all those who dont think this form of "torture" is acceptable...after your family is killed by some militant anti-american you go try to play good cop bad cop in a regular interigation with someone connected to the murderers and see how much info you glean from them....fukin bleeding hearts...go cry for a fukin tree....

  • @bklee83 Most people in the Middle East don't even know what 9/11 is. They have no idea what troops are doing there or why we're bombing them.

  • @drktmplar your point is???

  • @bklee83 Some estimate a million Iraqis have died as a result of the American Invasion and Occupation.

The point is, the anger one might feel against militant anti-Americans is felt against OUR troops by many locals. Even according to the CIA report on the matter, it is American Policy and Military Action that is the cause of that sentiment. If you want to blame someone for killing your family, blame our county's Militant actions and the Military Industrial Complex.

    Torture only breeds hatred.

  • @drktmplar so what your saying is that uninformed people decide to kill american civillians for what they think is the all around american sentiment...how offen does the american military target civillian populations...i agree that we shouldnt be over there but what your saying is 2 wrongs make a right...

  • @bklee83 We agree on this point. The things we've done in Iraq do not right the wrong of 9/11.

I only want to ask *why* anti-American sentiment exists. When I answer that question, I want to then ask, "Do our actions improve or worsen the situation?" After 9/11, anti-American sentiment has risen, ~8000 American soldiers and maybe a million Iraqis lie dead, and our national debt has increased by over a trillion. That money could have been used to educate, heal, and develop our nation.

  • @drktmplar nono...see...what im saying is the attack on american civilians was the 2nd wrong...american military forces dont target civilian populations...anti-american terrorists do...while i agree we shouldnt be over there in the first place and the money spent continuing could be much better spent...the idea of "death to america" as a whole based on what the politicians do is rediculouse...the american people dont care what they do over there as long as its not an attack on us

  • @bklee83 And what I'm saying is that the War on Terror was the 3rd wrong. So, are you saying two wrongs don't make a right, but three do?

The ORB survey places Iraqi deaths at one million, and I guarantee you a large portion of that number is civilian deaths. And do you honestly think we bombed their capital city of Baghdad without killing civilians?

Also, as for the American Military targeting civilians, you only need to look at the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 200,000 dead, mostly civis.

  • @drktmplar sweet fukin christ are you serious...ok...first...i already said i dont agree with the warfront as it is...call it what you will...but to try and say WW2 was anything like whats goin on in todays world is strait moronic...honestly i cant believe you even tried to go there...wow your dumb....

  • @bklee83 You misunderstand me. I never said WW2 was like today. I was only replying to your statement: "american military forces dont target civilian populations"

I simply replied, "Yes they do. Here's a modern example in Iraq, and here's a historical example in Japan."

I have no idea how you thought I was saying the War or Terror and WW2 are similar situations. It seems both of us agree that such a statement is pretty dumb lol!

  • @bklee83

    #1

Also, I feel my original post compliments your statement that: "the american people dont care what they do over there as long as its not an attack on us"

The people over there hardly even know we exist. They are mostly poorly educated people just trying to making a living like anybody else. Most people over there don't even know about 9/11 and never hated the American people. So, not only are WE fine with leaving them alone, but THEY are fine with leaving us alone too.

  • @drktmplar you tried to say american military targets civi pops...and used the nukes in japan 60+ yrs ago as an example...i think its pretty safe to say that we live in slightly different times...the us military doesnt target civi pops...AND before those bombs were dropped in japan for several days to weeks us planes dropped flyers all over the cities telling them what was going to happen if they didnt surrender...

  • @bklee83 Ah, I'm sorry. You're right. The US might not directly target civis, but it definitely still kills plenty of civis. You only need to look up specifics of the casualty demographics in Iraq to confirm this fact.

ANYHOW, the main point is not about civis. The main point is that two wrongs don't make a right, especially when the second wrong is committed against someone who doesn't even know what the first wrong was.

The other point I made was that Liberty is worth the risk of Terrorism.

  • @bklee83 Yes, but comparing our 2 current "wars" and World War II is comparing apples to oranges. In this case both fruit are bad of course. In our current "wars" you could argue that we are targeting civilian population in every case. For example, if Canada invaded us (cliche to keep using China as a reference for this point?) and sent all their tanks, bombs, martial-law style tactics (ie- curfew, road blocks, indefinate imprisonment, etc..) with any amount of their standing army CONT-

  • @ParalegalX CONT- then you, as a civilian, and I do mean literally "you", presumably would get a gun, get some friends, and look for a higher organization to become part of (in this case the Taliban) in order to stop Canada from continuing to murder everyone you knew in high school. You would be told that Canada is saying to its own citizens that "you" are jealous of Canada's freedom and that "you" were part of the attack of Sept. 11th. You were not part, you only are fighting

  • @ParalegalX because the country, even though there are many things you wish you had the chance to change about, is "your" country. With "your" family, friends, and neighbors being bombed by a country whose own soldiers don't realize that they are actually serving profiteers and warmongerers, thus fueling "your" rage against them to the point of suicide attack.

  • @ParalegalX And all the while "you" are labeled as a terrorist who wants to bring fear and ruin to the people of a country that "you" used to wish you could vacation to.

  • @ParalegalX i love when people jump into a convo 1/2 way threw and decide to put their 2 cents in...either way...my point is that when trying to obtain information from someone who is already willing to kill themself for their side to win...you must use unconventional interrogation tactics to get the info you need...and civi casualties who are unintentional targets are called collateral dmg...that happens...the muslim extremists on the other hand actually target civillians...

  • @bklee83 First of all, it is a youtube comment section... Second, what you said just now- I 100% agree with. The real issue is understanding that the "terrorism" is a symptom caused by the disease of the CIA instigating Sept. 11th, and in turn causing the "war" in Iraq. The "terrorists" before seeing their families destroyed, were civilians, and one could only hope that if we pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan, will forgive us and stop attempting to be a threat.

  • @ParalegalX youtube comment section or not...you have no idea what drktmplar and i were talking abour in reference to ww2...thats why i love when people decide to chime in about what is being said when they have no clue what is meant because they have no context to refer back to...

  • @bklee83 Chimed* read my other comment I forgot to "reply" and just commented, but it was a respone to you.

  • You are causing someone pain in order to force them into complying with your orders. That's pretty much the definition of torture.

  • @PktMma

It looks like torture to me.

  • @PktMma No the definition of Torture of is "The action or practice of inflicting severe pain on someone as a punishment or in order to force them to do or say something."

It's not inflicting severe pain, but is inflicting great fear. I'm not defending it, it's immoral and that "bomb in a city" scenario doesn't justify it's use.

  • 3 or 4 people are screaming at you, you are then dragged by your hair and someone rips your blind fold off while holding your face against the floor and a snarling dog is brought to your face. The lights go out, and you are blind folded again and strapped to a table, they then begin to waterboard you. The psych torture occurred over 4 hours, with the changing of cells and screaming happening over about 7 minutes prior to be tabled. This is how it is actually done.

  • He should of done this more real world. Here is how it is actually done. You are blind folded in a cell. You hear faint screams and dogs barking for hours. The cell door slams open, you are dragged by the hair and thrown into another cell. They tie your hands, and someone is shouting at you inches from your face in a language you don't understand, the door slams and the screams you heard before are louder (they are on tape). Seconds later the door slams open again and...

  • So thumb screws weren't torture since they didn't "invoke blood".

  • cant the person breathe from the mouth?/

  • @bindasbolre That's what I was thinking

  • @bindasbolre why dont you try it and find out, maybe this whole water-boarding thing is just a joke after all right?

  • Sleep deprivation was used as a method of torture, I don't recall that "invoking blood." Does that make it anything less than torture? Absolutely not. Only a complete moron, imbecile, and simpleton would ever deny methods such as this to be torture. It is putting the mind and body under incredible strain, fear, and pain. Just because you don't physically hurt someone, does not, in any stretch of the imagination, mean they are not in pain.

  • Have this done to you, every day, for hours. ...You WILL consider it torture. You will not care to find another word for it.

  • @JacksInn i like the way you put it, what else would you fucking call it after months of this being done to you hours a day?

  • James Franco

  • When he said 'Is this considered torture?' the soldier should have broken his nose with the butt of his rifle. Y'know, just so the simulation is realistic.

  • theres a way you can last a minute doing that...i searched this up and one way to last a min is by holding as much air as possible and putting ur nose agianst ur upper lip...so basically the thing you should in this situation is to make your lips point up so you can block out water from going through...

  • @5swordmaster Not likely to be possible in the real event this is happening to you lol...

  • @5swordmaster that's impossible to do. you cannot completely seal off your nostrils with an airtight seal using only your upper lip unless you are inhaling rapidly at the same time, which you cannot do with water pouring up your nose of you will drown. nice try, though.

  • @angelfoodlips it is not impossible, and the inhaling has no part in it. All depends on your face

  • notice playboy channel made this, what u dont see is theres a big orgy after where the guy in the amy gear changes it 4 gimp suit, and the all in enjoy a diffent verson of water sports

  • I would like to waterboard Obama and Nancy Pelosi until they sing (God Bless America) and (Sweet Home Alabama.)

  • @hawkermustang LOL!

  • Chuck Norris was bored while water boarding.

  • such irony from the dumb PHD torture practitioner

  • 2:26 "I started doing yoga earlier this year" "That won't help you here." ROTFL!!!!!

  • Why does he have a girl name? Well, lol My name is Gabriel and I am a girl. I was named after the angel. but its still weird that he has a girl name.

  • He's wrong.

ICP is so bad I can't do more than 15 seconds of it.

  • lol 6 seconds.

  • "DROWNDING"?!?

  • This guy's just a pussy. Kalik Shaek Muhammed lasted over 2 minutes.

  • I think he didn't ask one of the most important questions, has the torturer ever had it done to him?

  • "What's the fear?"

    "Drownding."

    Fuuuuuuck...

  • @pretzelzetzel drownding?

  • @77thebob77 lol

  • psychological torture is as bad if not worse than physical torture.

  • torture for oil, yay heroes of America!

  • This is a good vid, i liked his explanation afterwards.

  • Everybody saying people that fail this in seconds are "pussies" or shit like that need to STFU.

Until you've done this, take their word for it.. It is complete hell.

  • FFS! What a pussy! He did not even give it a fair go. What a massive faggot.

  • @archive303 Put your money where your (internet) mouth is. Make the same bet, and do it, pussy.

  • @kingofgimp No problem, just find me some people and I will quite happily go through with it.

  • @archive303 Find you some people... like... the people in the video we are watching? Done, there they are.

  • "some consider it torture" probley everyone it ever happened to and everyone who doesnt want it too happen to them. Panic and fear are two off most painfull things there are .Torturer nice mum must be proud .

  • I bet I can stand it.

  • ive practiced yoga that wont help you here hahaha

  • what dumbshits...

  • breath out of your ears

  • Perfect for terrorists. They fly planes into our buildings and kill our troops don't expect sympathy from us. Unless you're a liberal who is worried about "torture".

  • @Norie92 Or you're a Christian who's worried about "torture." The moment we stoop to this, we've already lost.

  • @Norie92 Why is it only terrorism when someone else does it? Who is, 'They?' How would it feel to find out you were torturing and killing, the 'wrong' people? Go read: A Timeline of CIA Atrocities

By Steve Kangas [don't be confused when he speaks about communism, anything can be placed in that spot, like religious extremist, any religion will do.

  • @artzilla Well terrorism has a definition and by "they" i mean terrorists. They do it for politically and religiously motivated reasons. I dislike the CIA as much as you do, it sounds like. Even if their attack was due to blowback they still killed innocent civilians, not even soldiers. For that, they are guilty and they must endure harsh questioning. I'm not saying burn them with cattle branders, I'm saying using waterboarding is the best we have without actually leaving bruises.

  • @Norie92 lol we need to be doing this to our own men in the government that planned 9/11, it was in inside job. And before you respond to me, educate yourself on what really happened that day. Good day, sir.

  • @amknafla And what evidence points to 9/11 being an inside job? i have seen the loose change documentary and others but they don't give an explanation to why they think the government did it.

  • @Norie92 we don't need to know WHY the government did it, even though it was obviously a scare tactic so we could start an unnecessary war. We just need to know IF the government did it, and there is an overwhelming amount of evidence against our government, I could provide you with links but its impossible over youtube. It honestly doesn't take much to find on google though.

  • @Norie92

You're having both fingers in your ears singing "Lalalalalala!".

  • @trakkaton No I don't, I've seen the 9/11 documentaries. Multiple ones that say the government did it. I just want conclusive evidence THEY did it. It could have been CIA, which they're known to do this bull crap. Operation Northwoods.

  • @Norie92

Well, it's obvious that it's an inside job, and it's obvious that the secret service (Bush continuing to read "My pet goat" at an disclosed location) as well as the military (NORAD stand down) as well as the government (promoting those who "failed", killing and threatening those who "succeeded") and the 9/11 commisson (who said that they were set up to fail and accepted it) were complicit. So who cares who started it and who was going along with it? Btw OP Northwoods = government.

  • @trakkaton Another thing I learned is that it was uncovered during the 9/11 investigations that they had caught one of the terrorists on Illegal immigration but instead of deporting him the FBI ordered him let go. Saw it on Fox News documentary the other night. But anyways yes there is reasonable suspicion but there is still too much doubt to make a fair, unbiased judgment I think. Yeah Op Northwoods was gov't but i'm saying the CIA would have carried it out.

  • lol a solid 5 seconds

  • Torture is torture it dosnt matter if it's mantel or physical .should only be used on real serious criminals to get intel

  • "Nothing's so bad that you can't stand 15 seconds of it." Incredible BS.

"It's not torture, it's invoking fear" Incredible BS.

    Two imbeciles.

  • @trakkaton try it and then say BS

  • @jsf525 There is a Standing offer from Keith Olbermann to Sean Hannity, who claims that waterboarding is not torture, to try it for $1000.00 per second, and then say it is not torture. :)

  • @jsf525

    Learn to read.

  • @trakkaton Let do it to you, 128 times, fuck wad.

  • @michaelsterling37

    Learn to read.

  • @trakkaton That's the point of this.....

  • @trakkaton If you do this yourself...It truly does invoke fear in your head and feels almost like you are 50 ft underwater, but it doesn't actually even feel like torture to be honest, it happens fast and is over even quicker.

  • @Tenchi10 The difference is when you do it yourself you can decide when to stop. When this is done as torture there are no metal objects in your hands or code words to make it end.
